  • Free Shipping across India on all domestic orders.

  • For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on destination and package weight.


Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines vary by product and are mentioned in the product description on the respective product pages.

Domestic Orders (Within India)

  • Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, delivery typically takes 15 to 20 business days, depending on product availability and production timelines.

International Orders

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, international deliveries typically take 20 to 25 business days, depending on availability and destination.


Important Note on Delivery Timelines

  • The timelines mentioned above are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, logistical disruptions, or high demand.

  • Certain products may experience delays due to high demand or unexpected popularity on social media platforms.

  • In case of production delays, customers will be informed in advance.

  • As products are made to order, cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed.


Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Delivery Attempt & Non-Availability

  • Customers (or an authorized representative) are advised to be available at the delivery address during courier working hours (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).

  • If the recipient is unavailable, the courier executive may attempt to contact you via phone.

  • If delivery attempts fail, the parcel may be held at the nearest courier hub, from where it can be collected by the customer.

  • In case the shipment is returned to us due to non-availability or non-response, and the customer opts to cancel the order, a ₹100 shipping deduction will be applied.
