All products purchased from BRAMARAMBA are not eligible for return or exchange. We request customers to review product descriptions, size details, and images carefully before confirming the order.
Damaged or Defective Products
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective item, the following conditions must be strictly followed:

An unpacking 360° video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

The sealed package before opening

The full unboxing process

The defect or damage clearly visible

The video must be recorded without pause or cuts.
Reporting Timeline

Any issue must be reported to our support team within 10 hours of delivery.

Complaints raised after 10 hours from the delivery time will not be considered.

Claims without a proper 360° unboxing video will not be eligible for review.
Approval Process
Once the issue is verified by our team:

If the claim is approved, we will provide a suitable resolution.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Important Notes

Slight variations in color due to lighting or screen resolution are not considered defects.

Minor thread pulls, slight embroidery variations, or handmade irregularities are not treated as damages.
